Here are the highlights from my favorite speaker from day one.
A lot of us just pee our expensive supplements down the drain because we do not need them, or, we are using the wrong ones.
You know you are using the wrong multivitamin or supplements if your piss is neon green.
Heck you are better of eating FRESH veggies and FRESH fruit and FRESH herbs not that crap in a can.

If you listen to her interview you will find two of her favorite daily supplements to help daily detox.
One of the ways I do it is with 2 oz of Briggs Apple Cider Vinegar and 4 oz of filtered water every morning before breakfast.
She also said the best type of sauna to use is an infrared sauna.
The infrared sauna heats from the inside out and so it pushes all the chemicals and bad metals and toxins out.
